What is Managed Print Services?

Managed Print Services (MPS) as a whole is a rather simple concept – let us manage your output device fleet for you! No more worrying about having toner in stock, no more calling in meter reads and no more placing service calls. With MPS, a server based piece of software is installed on the customer’s end, which provides AOS with automated meter reads, supply levels and your machine’s status.

Our job is to ensure you never go without! As your print fleet managers, we receive alerts when needs arise for supplies and service, proactively. This in turn triggers a process on our end that ensures we order the necessary consumables, which you then receive in 1-2 business days. Need a service call? No problem! Once we place a service call you will hear from one of our techs within 1 business hour.

Not only are we helping increase process efficiencies with supplies & service calls, but we are also helping you lower costs on consumables. Getting the toner you need before and when you need it. When managing a large fleet of devices, and people it can be difficult for you to know what is exactly going on at every moment. With MPS we have the ability to check your toner levels and send the consumables out when needed.

If that wasn’t enough – we offer a web-based client portal which allows you to keep track of your entire fleet with just a couple of clicks. Find out information regarding meter reads, submit feedback and place service and supplies calls if needed.

These are just a few examples of the many tools within MPS. Each integrate seamlessly into an existing print environment and provide end-to-end print output management.

If you have a large fleet of printers or are managing several locations – let us help you get the most of your time and money!
